The entry level Scuba Course (Open Water) consists of:
6 pool sessions in a heated swimming pool
6 informative lectures with video presentations
5 open water sessions – 1 snorkeling session and 4 scuba sessions
1 optional scuba session
Costs:
The cost of the Open Water class is $350.00
, which includes:
pool and open water training (maximum class size of 6 to ensure personal service)
text and work books
log book
dive tables (Doppler based)
certification and cards
What do I need?
For pool sessions 1 to 3, a mask, fins, snorkel and wetsuit boots are required
For pool sessions 4 to 6, a hood and mitts are also required (a weight belt
is recommended)
Nautilus School of Diving provides the balance of the equipment needed for the
pool portion of the class. The student must have his/her own Total Diving system
for the open water portion of the course or they may rent one at a reduced rate.
